More Than a Coloring Book: Connecting Families in Forsyth Township

At Forsyth Forward, we believe that some of the best learning happens outside the classroom. Summer is the perfect time to get out and explore with the whole family! That's why we are excited to offer free Forsyth Township Coloring Books through our Visitor Center. This project designed to do much more than provide a fun coloring activity.

These custom coloring books were created to help children and families connect with the community around them. While each page offers an opportunity for creativity and artistic expression, the real adventure begins when families use the included QR codes to explore the locations featured throughout the book.

Each QR code leads to a destination within Forsyth Township, encouraging children and their families to get out, discover new places, and learn more about the community they call home. From parks and recreation areas to local landmarks and community spaces, the coloring books transform a simple activity into an interactive experience that promotes exploration, curiosity, and community pride.

The project was developed with accessibility in mind. Every coloring book is completely free, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate regardless of financial circumstances. We believe every child should have access to engaging educational experiences and opportunities to build meaningful connections with their community.

As summer arrives and school is out, these coloring books provide a fun, educational, and affordable way for families to spend time together. They encourage children to step away from screens, explore the outdoors, and discover the many resources, attractions, and experiences available right here in Forsyth Township.

Free coloring books are available now at the Forsyth Township Visitor Center, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We invite families to pick one up, grab some crayons, and start exploring everything Forsyth Township has to offer!
